Wash your contact lens case with contact solution every time. Let it air dry.

Clean lens tweezers or suzer cups with soap and water. Rinse well and dry with a clean cloth.

Use tweezers to gently hold the edge of your soft contact lens.

Don't touch the middle part of the lens.

Put Lens on the Applicator

Place the lens on the applicator stick. Make sure it's centered like a little bowl.

Hold the stick and place the lens on the colored part of your eye.
